"What forms of payment do you accept?"
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
"How secure is this store?"
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
"Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?"
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
"How do refunds work?"
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase through PayPal. We will do everything we can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
"How are your prints shipped?"
We take great care in packaging and shipping your print to ensure that it arrives dry and safe. Most items are rolled in kraft paper and shipped in a hard cardboard tube. For those prints that can not be safely rolled, they are shipped in an acid free, archival quality plastic packaging and are shipped flat in an envelope. Everything is sealed in clear packing tape.
"Do you provide tracking numbers?"
Tracking information is included in the shipping cost for orders going to Canada and the US. We do not include tracking information for international orders, however, due to the high cost.
"How long does it take for me to get my order?"
We usually ship all orders 2 Weeks after receiving payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you immediately. Shipping times vary but we have found that customers usually receive their package within a couple weeks of shipping. International orders could take 4-6 weeks. Please be aware that we can never guarantee a time frame for shipping. We have had orders arrive in the UK within 4 days of shipping but also have had orders take almost three weeks to arrive in the US. The Post Office can be a fickle friend.
"My purchase arrived damaged, can I get another one?"
All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Let us know on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). Please return the items right away so we can send you a replacement. In the case that it is a limited edition item and is sold out, we will gladly send you a replacement print of equal value or we can provide you with a refund.
Shipping charges for the returned item will only be refunded if the reason for the damage was our fault.
